Our client here is an authentic Egyptian store that sells Eastern accessories. It produces unique accessories to wear with seamless taste in art. In the handmade accessory and stone industry, there is intense competition and our client here needs to create a unique brand identity that resonates with its target audience and showcases its products’ quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness. Also needs to increase its online presence, gain more revenue and attract clients which requires investing in media buying and having a website with an e-commerce infrastructure. Another competitive challenge for our client was how to maintain its high standards and quality while scaling up its operations to meet the growing demand for its products

The Idea

Our challenge here was how to creatively design a strategy that attracts Class A and B, with 60% of them being males, and all over Egypt to buy authentic products from online store. And after doing some deep research about our target audience here, an idea surfaced that the best approach would be to market their products through an image-based campaign by creating Reels and videos to capture the products’ quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness. The next step was hiring influencers, following trends via social media, mapping the customer journey to optimize it, improving SEO, and maintaining the website

The Execution

Throughout the implementation stage, we did several actions to achieve its objectives, such as

  • With creative designs, we manage to serve creative designs with higher quality to showcase its products on its website and social media platforms.
  • We also worked on our client’s website to maintain it regularly, ensuring that it is user- friendly, fast, and secure.
  • For the SEO part, we optimized its website for search engines, enabling potential customers to find its products quickly.
